Now you will need to keep adjusting the rod until you see the hitch arms move down. When you can lift the arms by your hands one inch, then lock al the jam nuts down. You should be good to go.

Then remove the OUT hose from the loader valve and see if any fluid is escaping from the lift cyl circuit. If the arms drift down, you should see fluid coming from the OUT port. WebAug 18, 2008 · Thanks, linkage was ok and there are no quick connects there. All the hydraulics worked fine (hoe, stabilizers, bucket tilt and roll) it's just the loader lift. It wasn't a gradual failure, it worked fine and then it didn't. If I pulled the loader control over into roll back and then feathered it into lift, the loader would lift normally.

Rebuilt pump with O rings and seal, a little better but got even worse than before. Replaced Pump ( that cured bypass problem ) 3 PT still OK but bucket slow to lift light load.
